I was born in Italy in 1973 in Cava de ‘Tirreni where I live for several years in a scientific maturity and different jobs in sales, marketing and catering. In 2002 he moved to London, where I start my new path, oblivious to that to which I was going to meet. Here, including language courses and various removals of “room to room”, I got to learn with theoretical and practical training all the different roles that anticipate those of the barman. So while on the one hand I certificate my skills with master and specific courses, on the other hand I played at the same time the following roles: from commis to barback room, by the head barback the barman, then passing dall’aspirato role as head barman and bar manager, reaching the position of restaurant bar manager.
All these experiences in hotels and international companies from big names such as The Conran Company (British company), La Duree Boutique Restaurant (French company) in Harrod’s, the Royal Lancaster Hotel (Japanese company), have allowed me to reach milestones and successes important. After living in the multiethnic London for years and traveled to Europe, back in Italy, in Tuscany at the Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte in Viareggio, world-class hotel.
Here starts a course of study, in the food and beverage industry. In 2008 I decided to return to my country of origin, where among the various proposals received, I accept that coming from the beautiful Positano, spearhead of the Amalfi Coast, and early so my collaboration with the ‘elegant and refined 5-star Hotel Villa Franca in the bar manager position. After about six years of collaboration and mutual respect with the property of I decide to relocate to the Sorrento coast and to accept the proposal of another beautiful 5 star:
